Eligibility:Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
Promotion Period:The promotion begins on April 6, 2026 and ends on July 11, 2026 at 9:30 PM. Participants receive one (1) entry for every $50 spent in a single dine-in transaction (excluding tax and gratuity), with no limit on the number of entries earned via purchase. A limited number of complimentary entry forms are available upon request at the restaurant for those providing a full name, phone number, and email address; please note these requests are strictly limited to one (1) entry per person per week.

- Maximum value of the airfare is $2,000 USD per ticket; any additional costs, including upgrades or fare differences are the responsibility of the winner.

Second Prize (8 Winners):
- Omakase dining experience for two (2) guests at Akami Sushi Bar.
- This prize includes food only; gratuity and alcoholic beverages are not included.
- The date of the Omakase experience will be determined solely by the Sponsor
- Winners will be notified at least thirty (30) days in advance of the Sponsor
- The Omakase experience will be held on Sundays only
- The scheduled date is final and cannot be changed or rescheduled
- Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit
Third Prize (20 Winners):
- One (1) $100 Akami Sushi Bar gift card.
- Vaild for dine-in and takeout orders
- No cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit
- Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged
- Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless otherwise permitted by the Sponsor

Prize Conditions:All prize are non-transfer and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. As a condition of receiving the Grand Prize, the winner and travel companion agree to reasonably cooperate with the Sponsor’s promotional efforts, which may include wearing Akami Sushi Bar merchandise and sharing photo or content from their trip in Japan for marketing purposes. Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with the prize - Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes or any inability to use a prize. All prizes are subject to additional terms, conditions, and restrictions as specified by the Sponsor. By accepting a prize, winners agree to comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and requirements. Failure to comply with any of the stated terms may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. Winner are required to complete and return a Form W-9 and provide a valid taxpayer identification number (ITIN) prior to receiving any prize that requires tax reporting. The Sponsor reserves the right to withhold applicable taxes or disqualify any winner who fails to comply with these requirements.
Winner Selecrion & Notification:Winners will be selected at random on July 11, 2026 at 10:00 PM (EST) at Akami Sushi Bar. - All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the random drawing. - The drawing may be conducted live and/or recorded for promotion and transparency purposes, including on social media platforms such as Instagram (@akami.sushibar). - Winners will be contacted via phone and/or email to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not answer the call, the winner must return the call within seven (7) days at (919) 267-6368 during the restaurant’s regular business hours to confirm acceptance. - Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. - Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all winners prior to awarding any prize.
